The application for use of facilities should be made at least thirty days prior the event. A $75.00 deposit will be collected before confirmation is obtained to all or a portion be refunded if the facility is cleaned and left in satisfactory condition. All other fees are due upfront during business hours before access to the building is granted.

* Individuals and groups using the facilities are required to clean up, remove trash, turn off lights, and assure all doors are locked. Individuals and groups must ensure fire exits are never blocked.
